Well it’s not really a ‘christmas edition’ – it’s just me preparing christmas cards? Anyway, here’s what it looks like when a christmas card order came through.
As you can see from the video I first handwrite the card and try to match the original as much as possible, draw on the leaves thingy (with mildliners, yes) and then wrap the envelop and the card with a lil strip of paper. I try not to waste too much new materials on packaging (in order to be more environmentally friendly), so I’d use old sketch books and stuff (but the end result is still pretty good!). With the address written on the envelope and everything’s ready, I’ll then go to the local post office and mail it 😀 When I’m in Canada, packages would be mailed via CanadaPost (obviously) so if you live in North America, you’ll receive your order pretty soon. However, when I’m in Hong Kong where everything will be mailed via Hong Kong Post Office, your order will take a little bit longer to reach you (just keep that in mind!)
I’ll definitely film more ‘behind the scenes’ later on so stay tuned for that 🙂
University is challenging. Studying in a different country is EXTRA challenging (but I’m not going to talk about it here) AND running a business on top of uni is EXTRA EXTRA challenging. You have all the tests and assignments and projects and deadlines and midterms and you also have to develop products and write blog posts and post on Instagram regularly and (!) don’t forget the laundry, cleaning up your room every week routine and occasional cooking because you just can’t stand the food in the cafeteria. BUT WAIT you still have to socialise, hang out with people and get enough sleep!
I’m 18 years old right now, which means that I’ve been through 16 years of education. From my experience, school is tough, especially when you’re struggling to stay organised (me right now lol because I’ve just started uni). So in order to help y’all students out there, I’ve created a bunch of printable planners! Obviously, it’s not a must to use my printable – you can use your bullet journal, a random paper or a plain notebook to stay organised. I just designed the printables according to what works for me and I hope that this post will help some of you guys out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
